On 16th July 2025, the Privy Purse Bureau, in collaboration with, the Faculty of Dentistry of Chulalongkorn University, Siam Commercial Bank PCL, the SCB Foundation, Siam Cement PCL, the SCG Foundation, Deves Insurance PCL, Thai Beverage PCL, Airports of Thailand PCL, the Royal Bangkok Sports Club, PTT PCL, BJC Big C Group, and GMM Grammy PCL to organise dental unit as part of “Happy and Healthy Citizen” Project by the Royal Medical Team – the eleventh round of 2025 at Bang Kwang Central Prison, Nonthaburi Province.
This medical unit had the following number of service recipients :
- Dental services: 426 individuals
- Provision of royally-bestowed dentures: 74 individuals
- Distribution of preventive dental care kits: 500 kits

The activity started off with Air Chief Marshal Satitpong Sukvimol, the Lord Chamberlain of the Bureau of the Royal Household and the Director-General of the Privy Purse Bureau, H.E. Mr. Kasem Watanachai, the Privy Counsellor and the Chairman of the Project, and Police Colonel Thumnithi Wanichthanom, the Senior Deputy Director-General of the Privy Purse Bureau and the Vice Chairman of the Project, attended the site. Alongside executives from the Bureau, representatives from government agencies, and partner organisations, they collectively offered their encouragement to the medical staff, volunteers, and patients. On this occasion, royally-bestowed dentures were handed out to inmates and dental care kits were also given to the Director-General of the Department of Corrections. H.E. Mr. Kasem Watanachai, the Privy Counsellor and the Chairman of the Project, then presided over to the opening ceremony.

Since its inception in 2022, the "Happy and Healthy Citizen Project by the Royal Medical Team" has carried out 47 mobile units across all regions, covering 27 provinces. It has provided treatment to a total of 23,198 patients.

In 2025, the “Happy and Healthy Citizen Project by the Royal Medical Team" is dedicated to bringing together volunteer medical professionals and partner agencies to ensure ongoing healthcare support for the population.
