From 9th - 12th June 2026, the Privy Purse Bureau collaborated with the Faculty of Medicine of Ramathibodi Hospital, the Faculty of Medicine of Siriraj Hospital, and partner organisations to carry out medical units at Surin Hospital and Sawaiwittayakarn School, Surin Province.
A total of 1,443 patients received medical treatment during this event, as follows:
- Eye surgery treatment: 456 individuals
- Dental services: 625 individuals
- Dermatological treatment: 193 individuals
- Acupuncture treatment: 169 individuals
On this occasion, Air Chief Marshal Satitpong Sukvimol, Lord Chamberlain of the Bureau of the Royal Household and Director-General and Chairman of the Medical and Public Health Projects of the Privy Purse Bureau, along with H.E. Mr. Ampon Kittiampon, Privy Councillor and Vice Chairman of the Project, and H.E. Mr. Sethaput Suthiwartnarueput, Privy Councillor and Board Member of the Privy Purse Bureau, joined executives from the Privy Purse Bureau, government agencies, and partner organisations to observe the project’s operations and offer encouragement to doctors, nurses, and patients.
In its fifth year since launching in 2022, the “Happy and Healthy Citizen Project by the Royal Medical Team” has operated 65 mobile units across 35 provinces, covering more than 27,400 kilometres and providing medical care to 31,963 patients nationwide.
