On 26th September 2025, the Privy Purse Bureau, in collaboration with Banphaeo General Hospital (Public Organisation) and other partner organisations, organised an eye surgery unit under the “Happy and Healthy Citizen Project by the Royal Medical Team”. This sixteenth round of the 2025 initiative provided surgical treatment for 163 patients at Phusing Hospital, Sisaket Province.
Air Chief Marshal Satitpong Sukvimol, the Lord Chamberlain of the Bureau of the Royal Household, Director-General and Chairman of the Medical and Public Health Projects of the Privy Purse Bureau, together with Police Colonel Thumnithi Wanichthanom, Senior Deputy Director-General of the Privy Purse Bureau and Vice Chairman of the Project, joined executives from the Privy Purse Bureau, government agencies, and partner organisations to observe the project’s operations and offer encouragement to doctors, nurses, and patients. On the same occasion, the Governor of Sisaket presided over the opening ceremony.
Since its launch in 2022, the “Happy and Healthy Citizen Project by the Royal Medical Team” has deployed 52 mobile units across 29 provinces nationwide, providing medical services to a total of 25,378 patients.
