In 2026, the Privy Purse Bureau organised a series of "Tenant Relations and Engagement Activity" to engage and support tenants. Each session provided guidance on lease compliance, tenants’ rights and responsibilities, maintenance and organisation of rental properties, submission of various requests, payment methods, and the preparation of authorisation letters. The events also offered tenants the opportunity to ask questions and gain a clearer understanding of procedures within their local areas.
